I worked for the company for several years. I have never seen this company do right by anyone. The owner has been involved in several unlawful activities such purchasing stolen copiers to fake hotel stay certificates.

The rainbow is bought for 1/4 of what they sell it for. So in turn they make a huge profit and the customers end up paying alot more because they tell them the interest is only 1 and a 1/2 % and up what they leave out is that thats only the interest per month not annually. SO the customer ends up with a huge bill that they thought was less.

The company is no good especially because the owner takes his business advice from a guy who does drugs, cheats on every single women he has ever dated, he bad mouths every one including the owner and yet the owner listens to his evey word. I STRONGLY suggest that if you buy a rainbow buy it somewhere else. Do not buy it from this company because I PROMISE you'll be in for bad customer service, deception and lies.

I was told that interest would be 1.75% and goes up to 2% if I miss a payment. When I received my first payment it was for a credit card that had a $2,000 charge on it and the interest was 24.99%. I later went back over my paperwork and saw that this indeed was what I signed for, but the company needs to inform their associates not to tell us one thing and then another happen. Also, the four friends and family that I signed up to get a free rainmate kept being rescheduled or cancelled. We never got our rainmate and our friends and family never got called back to reschedule or even for an apology. This company seems to be very unprofessional and from the comments I read above so are the employees. There is a way to say what you want without insulting the person that wrote this report in such a disrespectful matter.
