Ralph Lopez operates as a building and construction contractor, as well as has been involved in other failed businesses repairing motorcycles. His M.O. is to sign a contract for services, begin the work, prove his incompetence, leave the worksite, and not return. Several lawsuits in Philadelphia County court have brought judgments against him, but payments to satisfy the judgments are never if ever collected or collectable.
Other lawsuits find him being sued for non-payment of rent, as well as bank repossession of a North Philadelphia real estate property for non-payment on mortgage and real estate taxes.
