When placing my order on-line it gave me three (3) options to order additional dvds, each time I clicked on NO to the additional dvds. I had no option to check my order or confirm my order, it charged me for the additional dvds When I called the 800 number I was told there was nothing that could be done at this time to call back tomorrow.

Total rip off charging you for dvds you didn't order and not making it easy to get my money back. I will call the Bank on Monday to dispute the charge.
