Ralph Romeo is an ex-con and a scam artist. He has a record for writing bad checks and obviously didn't learn his lesson. If you are a business person, do not believe a word he says! If you are a young woman, you need to know that he is married and lies in order to make women think more highly of him so he can have his way with them.
I was introduced to Ralph by a client of mine who told me he is like a father to her, that he is a billionaire and that I should speak to him about an entrepreneurial venture that I created. So I did. His lies dug deeper and deeper. The problem was that he had promised so much to this woman, then introducing me forced him to prove it, which he only proved that he was a liar.

He promised me that we would be taking my venture across the country, that he had $20 million to invest in this idea. He told me he owns a private jet that would aid me in managing as CEO of this venture. None of this was true.
I sent him the financials from my business plan and he kept asking for more. I spent hundreds of dollars having forms drafted. All the while he is messaging my client who introduced him to me about how he can't wait to spend more time with her, and that he was going to divorce his wife. I saw the messages myself.
He visited my city with the intention of seeing the locations I had picked out. A real estate agent and I had spent days driving around the city narrowing down the search. He wasn't aware that I had already been tipped off by an anonymous family member of his telling me that he is broke, has a record and that no matter what I do, to not enter into any legal agreement with him. Leading up to the visit, he was most concerned with going to some races in California with my client.

During the visit, he told me about another very young woman (he is 65) he invited to the races as well.
Once Ralph left town, he was impossible to contact. He refused to call me back or answer any emails/texts.
A quick background check revealed his weasly past and once I put all the pieces together, I knew that I should let the world know. He is a liar and a fraud.
