I am writing this letter now that I payed $300 to begin the process of a Chapter 7 to Mr. Carlos Sanchez, but I never went through with it. I am asking for a refund now that the $300 was never a consultation fee. Mr. Sanchez and I both agreed to put down a $300 deposit. I will like my $300 back.
