Rama Jama Kennels, Crystal Nelson Crystal Nelson My BMD arrived with pneumonia, infected ears, worms, vomiting blood, bloody diarrhea, no AKC papers, Nelson refuses to communicate or refund or pay vet bills, suggested the dog be killed & returned. Parker, South Dakota

     Purchased 4 month Bernese Mtn. Dog Sept. 2009 for $1150 including air freight. Per agreement dog was guaranteed to be "in good health as it leaves the breeder's possession", wormed, all shots, verified by a vet & have a complete physical, all health records, prior to shipping. AKC papers to be sent upon dog's arrival.

     Dog arrived sick, vomiting, had pneumonia, infected ears, worms, bloody diarrhea. I have spent over $4,000 trying to get dog healthy. Crystal Nelson refuses to return any form of communication, will not send AKC papers, will not reimburse me for dog costs or vet bills.  She maintains I should have had the dog killed and shipped back to her.

     Nelson has a poor record with the ASPCA and at least 3 parties have had similar experiences.  The kennel is not a corporation so she is personally responsible. She is a defendant in multiple collections brought against her by individuals and businesses and has not paid the many judgements against her.
