Ramada Plaza - Imperial Majesty Cruises - Budget - Alamo SCAMED ME FOR MY MONEY GET A REFUND ASAP!!!!! Fort Lauderdale and orlando florida, nassau bahamas

I received a "voucher" in the mail from Imperial Majesty Cruises. It seemed so real well the boarding pass thing did, everything "looked" legit. I called the toll free number (1-800-551-0234) to claim the prize i called them they explained everything the free cruise the the days in fort lauderdale and the days in orlando everything seemed so good then he told me it was just $400 per person so i was like wow this is a good deal i was saying i cant put all of this on my card that i would have to put half on my boyfriends and the other on mine. I asked if i could call him back to see if i can convince my boyfriend... then my boyfriend calls me as i'm saying that

I go to him and i tell him everything and he's like no this seems fake im not doing it.

So then i tell the rep i dont know if i can do it then he says let me see what i can do i can charge your ticket now and when you call to guarantee your spot you can pay the other person and the port charges at the same time, and i'm like ok, then this woman debbie comes on the line asking if i had 198 dollars to make the total just 598 instead of the 798 so i'm liek no i cant do that (TO THINK I ALMOOOOST SAID YESS!!!!) so she trows in 2 tickets to orlando and free food at the hotels in FL she "seemed" nice she did this because she was from Long Island also supposebly, so then after i go throught he verification process and everything i get ofr the phone.

I go and brag to all my friends about what a good deal i got there all looking at me like this seems fake little by little it starts to sink in....I checked my online bank statement and i see the amount is PENDING so i called my bank and asked them if i can cancel this and they said yes, all we need from the merchant is a 6 digit authorization code.

I called the majesty people and they tell me noo we don't give those out we just use our persona reference numbers. and i'm telling them EVERYPLACE does this why dont you guys and their like check back tomorrow when your inthe system

I call the bank back and tell them what she said and they said do a 3-way i called majesty back and got another RUDE WOMAN on the phone she said DIS IS DA BANk and were like yess (theres a time and place to act HOOD) the bank explains we want to issue a refund because i will use my funds for other transactions.

She then puts some other guy on the phone, HE MADE IT SEEM LIKE THEY WERE THE MOST LEGIT COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!! saying that they work wit Alamo and that there very respectable and Ramada is also and all this crap, he named some websites that i decided to look at whilw i was on the phone and i start coming across you guys and i tell the "Supervisor" do you wanna hear everything their saying about you you need me to read it and he said no thank you mam ppl tend to have their own opionions n blah blah blah.

i was on the phone with him for about an hour he decided to let me get a 50% refund i said NNOO whats gun happen with the other 200 dollars and there like well you can sell it or whatever and im arguing and being persistant and he gave up and said we'll refund you the 100% back and he gave me confirmation number and he said it will take about 14 days. After i make sure i get my refund i'm going to cancel my card and order a new one with new number so they will not keep using it.

If i wouldnt of looked on this site i would've fell for all the crap he was saying.
