Ramada Plaza Resorts - Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines "F" RATING BY BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! Fort Lauderdale Florida

for anyone even considering this package deal: DON'T!! I looked up the company on the Better Business Bureau website (just google it to get the main website) and the Ramada Plaza Resort received a rating of "F", which is the absolute worst rating possible.

Now, I did not take the package, so I don't know for a fact if this is an actual scam, but I have to say that I was severely disappointed by the level of customer service provided from the salesperson with whom I spoke. Any company that tries to swindle $800 from you on the spot just does not sound like a legit organization.

After spending some time on the phone with the sales manager and asking many questions to try to feel out the legitimacy of this promotion, I very politely declined the offer. The sales manager responded by saying (verbatim) "WHY?? WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?". Having recently graduated with a business degree I knew not to take that kind of crap from someone trying to sell me something. My response was "EXCUSE ME? WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME? DO YOU REALLY TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT WAY?" and then the sales manager got mad and hung up on me.

Now, I don't know what you think, but in my opinion any sales person who is trying to legitimately sell something to a customer would not speak so rudely and then just hang up. It made me even happier that I did not purchase the package purely out of spite and the satisfaction of knowing that this pushy, rude individual did not receive any commission from me.

BE WARNED OF THIS COMPANY!
