On the 21st of February 2008 we began our vaction 2 nights,3days in Orlando. We were booked into the Ramada 1000, all meals included. On arrival we had to ask for light bulbs for our room and the patio door to be unjammed. Dinner that night was inedible, the food was so bad my daughter vomited about 40 min later from eating only a small portion. At 2am people were running up and down the hall screaming you left our house open, where is my shampoo I left here last week? Obviously people live in that hotel, by the way it is next door to the county prison in what we were later told a not safe neighborhood. At 7am while I was gone for coffee my 17yo daughter was literally assaulted at our room door by persons demanding to know what she was doing in thier room. Needless to say we checked out a day early, returned the rest of the food vouchers to them, told the front desk why, they acted unconcerned and not surprised. After we left the hotel we discovered one of our front tires on the rental car had been slashed, had to call AAA put on the donut and go back to the airport to exchange the car.

Next the cruise 2 nights and 1 day in the Bahamas on the Regal Empress, an older ship with limited amenities. To board we spent 3 hrs in an unairconditioned temporary loading area (a shed) My asthmatic 17yo was constantly on the verge of an attack. The DVD we received from R.P.R showed a big pool with a slide, ha ha no slide good thing pool was tiny and 3' at deepest point. I paid for an upgrade to a better cabin $100, would have hated to see what was lower, 2 very small single beds a mattress on a hard wooden platform, sleep was difficult at best those two nights. We met other people on the same tour on the boat, They informed us that the Ramada Plaza Resort we were booked into on our return in Ft. Lauderdale was no better than our experience in Orlando, a bad neighborhood, thier car was broken into damaged and thier GPS system stolen. I called the company and had us moved to Vacation Village in Weston. We had no problems in Vacation Village however this move meant we would have no meals included benefit as promised, hey it was worth it just to feel safe.

I have never been so anxious to finish a vacation and get home, I could have stayed home and been at work where I have a stressful job, but it does not compare to the stress I experienced while on this lovely 2nights 3days in Orlando, 2 night cruise to the Bahamas, 2 nights 3 days in Ft Lauderdale all inclusive Vacation package. I am telling everyone I know to beware of this company they are a ripoff. Anyone want my bonus reservation forms 2 nights free in Vegas or 3 nights in Puerto Vallarta? I'm sure not going to use them.

dear 'employee'

the consumers are spouting hyperbole?! for real?!

perhaps if you didn't spend 10 minutes boasting one extravagant promise after another people would be more inclined to research the hotel & voyage. likewise, in regards to the discounted price, maybe if you didn't tell people they WON something, they would be a little more curious as to why the vacation is so cheap

then again, you're a pathetic telemarketer for a scum agency, and i expect your logic, like your future, to be on shaky ground

The deal is exactly what it is. The vast majority of people who are complaining here are doing so because they stumbled upon this website and feel the only way to vent is through a biased "consumer website" that has been set up in a way atypical to methods that would permit resolution of valid consumer complaints.

The company has traveled hundreds of thousands of customers. When you go through these complaints, the vast majority are based upon minor issues about a vacation for which customers are receiving major discounts - a fact that none of these consumers can dispute.

The transaction is recorded by the company and provides a guarantee for consumers, yet the hyperbole and rhetoric spouted here contains loaded terms like 'scam' - when in fact, consumers can check for themselves actual values of services received.

Individuals here are using this website to post libelous comments despite having been completely informed of the details of their vacation package. Changing your mind months after the transaction has taken place and then complaining about here it is somewhat disingenuous with respect to an understanding of the consumer-business-sales model.

Enjoy your vacation, without letting the ignorance and bull-headedness of a few travelers get in the way.
