I thought this looked like a great deal when i got this in the mail, so I called, and of course got suckered into the vacation package. I'm a full time college student, so i couldn't only afford to put down a $174 deposit.
I got a bad feeling, so I decided to check them out. Wow, i couldn't believe how many bad reports this company had. Therefore, I decided to cancel the trip. Keep in mind this isn't more that 3 hours later.
Upon attempting to call the "customer service" number, all i got was rude people that would continually transferr me to people and hang up on me. Then when i actually got some one on the phone, she said that the offer was unrefundable. I stated that I wasn't told that, and she said that they didn't have to, and hung up on me!
This is basically the same story i've gotten every call since 2/16/04. I need help, and I need my money back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just follow the sudgestions on this site. It really works. I sudgest getting the copy of the letter that have been placed on here, editing them for yourself, and faxing everything. Certify mail it as well. If you keep it up it will work. Give them a dead line to respond to, and they will. They have to refund your money no matter how you paid as long as it's within 30 days of your purchase. Keep up the good fight because you can win! I did!
