This is the letter I faxed and sent by FEDEX with no response.
Dear Sir or Madam:
Due to circumstances beyond my control, I must cancel the package I received on February 22, 2003. Unfortunately, I cannot use the package for many reasons. One being I cannot travel for personal reasons and I will not pay for something I am not getting. I do not have anybody to give this package to as a gift. One of the other reasons I am canceling is due to the enclosed article. If you refuse to cancel, I will get my own personal lawyer, who I have, to take this matter to court. If after one month you still refuse to cancel I will take this matter not only to court but also with Consumers Fraud Department in Washington DC. I also plan to contact every news paper, radio station, television news stations, senators, Governors, the President of the United States, everyone I can until this is settled which means a refund of $698.00. In addition, I will cancel my credit card. If it takes 6 months or 16 years, I will not stop until I get a refund of $698.00.
On March 1st a FEDEX letter was delivered and signed by A. Lefrein . See the copy I am sending. Today is March 3,2003 and I will begin contacting every newspaper, radio station, any senator, government official, and television news station. (continued on next page)
If you refuse to settle this by giving me a refund of $698.00, then I will not stop contacting people and I will contact the Attorney General of Illinois and Florida. If it takes weeks,months,or years to settle, I dont care. I will be sending this letter by fax, mail and any other way I can every day until this is settled. I will also,after a period of time, get my lawyer to file suit against the company as well as individuals. I suggest you answer and soon!

You say that Ramada is a ripp off and that they are so bad because they GAVE you 12 extra month to use your vacation. They are so bad because they offerd to PAY for your gas. They are so bad b/c they gave you extra nites at your hotel. They are so bad b/c they tried to make you happy by GIVING you something that you didnt have to pay for. You say that Ramada is a rip off. Well go to any major compay such as Wal-mart and k-mart, Lowes, Publix, Holiday inn ,Choice hotels, Ford , Mc Donalds, Burger King, Mci, Dish Tv, Cingular wireless, Nextel comm. Att Broadband, Gmc motors, Pepsi cola, they also have bad info put on this webb sight. I would advise that you not listen to everythig that you read. I have traveled with this company and loved it you traveled and hated it. That is what is so great about humans we all have our OWN oppinions of what is good and bad. EVERY COMPANY out there will have someone somewere say that they are a scam and that they rip you off. Its just going to happen. Dont allow what people say to discourace you from doing something JUST because they post something on this site because if you do you will be walking on the streat with no cloths no food no car no nothing. Because someone some were didnt like every company that is out there.Thank you for your time. Really
