Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
my husband and i have already paid $698 for one of their trips and are about to pay another 200. we have tried to cancel and get a refund. Are there ANY sugg. for how we can do this? i would rather spend more money and get a vacation i deserve! please someone help us.

Last year my husband and I plus my 4 and 6 year old got snapped into one of these Ramada vacations. The offer was for a chump of change for two nights in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando plus Disney tickets!!! Needless to say we were very dissapointed at the disgusting accomadations at the Ramada in Fort Lauderdale..and the next day we had to be at the Welcome Center some 25 miles away with two kids!!!
Well I was fit so mad and not interested in any time share presentation. But I met this sales woman, named Katie as I recall, she listened to my grief, explained her program, undcovered all the expenses, and it made so much sense...We became deed owners in South Florida...
Yesterday, me and my husband got back from Kona Coast Resort in Hawaii..I felt like royalty and our romance rekindled after 12 years of marriage..so I empathize with you all but not sympathize..why go on these cheap stupid vacations when the world is at your finger tips with owning time share?? It's a great way to vacation with champagne taste and a beer budger!!
