Last year in January I received by mail this amazing offer with discount as off my responsible Financial history that has earned me travel voucher for $1,600.00 to purchase Spectacular Florida/Tropical Caribbean Cruise which made sense to me since I received in mail from the Bank reminder that there is possibility of winning.

On the voucher there was a toll free to call in another 72 hours 1-800-858-1788 to book. There were another numbers listed on the voucher if above number is busy 1-800-959-0199. After I called first number I spoke to the customer service representative who introduce himself as Ken Brodigan whose number was 5437 and he worked at Corporate office of Ramada Resorts. He even gave me "his" office phone number where I could reach him 954-735-7160 to make it more believable which worked.

He explained me the travel arrangements which sounds so persuasive and accurate. This vacation offer included two free tickets to use in period of 18 months with possibility of selling it to the third party. It included even rental car for the vacation time free and only to pay gasoline at the time, but submit bills for another $100.00 US after vacation which would be reimbursed.

Itinerary should include:
-3 day 2 nights in Ft. Lauderdale in Sun-Kissed South Florida accommodations
-round-trip cruise aboard Carnival Cruise Lines or Imperial Majesty Cruise Line
-port of call on the beautiful Island of Nassau, Bahamas
-2 nights in Magical Orlando, Florida accommodations
-7 days transportation by Alamo Rent-A-Car during vacation
Also if called within 48 hours I would be eligible for:
-3 days and 2 nights in Las Vegas, Nevada - or - 4 days and 3 nights in Romantic Vallarta, Mexico.

We would have included 2 meals at the Sun-Kissed accommodation, swimming pool, cocktail lounge, game room, tennis courts, # of restaurants inside, 10-15 min to Miami beach; we would pay room service, phone calls, movie rentals and hotel tax $7 US/ day.
Shuttle from the hotel would escort us for the Regal Empress Cruise to Bahamas - 2 day 2 nights on the ship with swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, casino, fitness live entertainment, dancing with all-you-can-eat resturant while staying in state room. We would pay beverages and tips, while room, meals, entertainment, all departure taxes are included.
After return from Bahamas we would drive to Orlando to stay 3 days 2 nights at the hotel 4 min drive from Universal Studio with meals included for 2. We would use discounts on the tickets at Disney.
He offered us bonuse to Mexico as additional to this package.
He promised a package in the mail with all instruction to book vacation 60 days prior to traveling, offered any changes in those 60 days for only $9.95 US.
That was it with Ken Brodigan; next he transfered me to their booking department and security person at the shipping and verification vacation department lady named Lina who repeated exactly the same itinerary procedure before she took the Visa information to bill me for $698.00 US what appears on my RB Visa statement since January 30, 2006 as $820.60 Canadian dollars (currency exchange rate 1.175644).

Next I tried to book my vacation for this March 2007 and send them Travel Reservation Request that was included in the package with instruction to enclose $50.00 US refundable deposit cheque payable to Ramada Plaza Resort, Ramada Reservation Department, 2419 E. Commercial Blvd., Suite 100, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33308.
At the time of October 18th, 2006 when I made TD Bank money order on $ 50.00 US in the name of Ramada Plaza Resorts it cost me $64.40 Canadian dollars included $6.50 Draft - USD Fee (exchange rate of 1.158000).

Since I did not get any response during whole January 2007 I start looking over internet for the clue to my problem and found this big ripoff reports which connected me to your web site who I believe can help me get my money back.

I have all my necessary document to prove my story and that include following:

1. My RBC Bank statement since January 30, 2006 with proof that PRC*RAMADA PLAZA RESORTS 800-203-9783 FL withdraw Foreign Currency-USD 698.00 from my account at exchange rate-1.175.644

2. I have copy of The Toronto-Dominion Bank draft in name of Ramada Plaza Resorts that I sent sometime in November 2006, to book in vacation in January - or - March, 2007. I sent it with Travel Reservation Request Form; and also I have Bank receipt from the time I made Money Order.

Please, contact me about my next step to get my money back. Thank you!
