I just filed a compliant with the State of Florida asking for the return of our Paid for Trip to Las Vegas with the Free use of a car for the week.
The problem was tring to get it scheduled and getting a confirmation on the car pick-up at the air port. I was told that 8 out of 10 times Alamo wouldn't have the Free Car, but I would have to upgrade and pay an additional $ 175 for the week..........this is pure bait & switch tatic that is illegal in all 50 States........I will never stay or ever have anything to do with Ramada Inns or Resorts ever!
Their sales people are very unprofessional, his name was Matt he told me to go ahead and complian and it wouldn't do me any good, I wouldn't be the first or the last to file a compliant. Well thanks to the web I see there are a lot of us that have cmplianed........Florida needs to shut them down!
