Ramey Chevrolet Cadillac GM Ripoff Certified sticker in window Ramey said after sale it wasn't Quoted price but charged higher Ramey was dishonest deceptive Sherman Texas

We first tried out 2005 car. Returned next day, said they had overpriced. Ramey said they had too much in car to sell lower. Few days later we saw it on their website $4,000 cheaper. We said we wanted our $3,500 downpayment back. After 45 minutes Chris said lets look at some other cars. He showed us 2003 GMC Envoy.

In the window was a GM Certified sticker. Chris said it had undergone 110+ inspection and was refurbished to GM standards. Chris said since we had hassle with other car we could have the Envoy for $16,900 instead of $18,700.
A few days later I noticed things wrong with Envoy and had to take the contract to another dealer to explain it to us because Ramey did not.

I returned to Ramey Chevrolet the next week and made them tell us it was never GM Certified at all. I said if we had known this we would not have bought it. We were also told it didn't matter what Chris the salesman quoted us, Ramey set the prices.

They took the Envoy to fix what was wrong and did a few things but they did not fix them right and there are still many things wrong they refuse to fix. I took a protest sign on 3-16-07 and stood on public property with my sign. Darrell Ramey the owner came out trying to tear away my sign and hurt me. I went to the ER that night. I am a disabled person and a member of the Choctaw Tribe with a CDIB card.

The police, friends of Ramey came out and said I was on private property and if I did not leave they would arrest me. I was only inches from the curb where the Sherman said I could stand and where the Sherman oning Dept said was public domain.

Ramey was dishonest and deceptive to us and while standing protesting 3 people said to me thanks because they did the same thing to them. My Dad knows 3 people who were treated the same way. I cannot afford an attorney. I get a small check each month from Disability.
