Beware of this con artist! 

He walks around the community befriending everyone and selling everyone dreams. He earns your empathy by claiming to be a retired Marine Captain (False). He also claims to be one of the 9/11 survivors (false).  He tells a tale of being the deputy chief commissioner of the department of homelessness services during 9/11.... a simple click on Google will give you the true answer (false). He also claims to have stage 3 lung cancer for 13 years, and says "God has kept me alive so I can pay it forward".....I'm not being rude but, I've never seen a 450 pound cancer patient!  Especially stage 3! For over 13 years!.....

He also claims that he has degrees in psychiatry and that he has a PHD.... after numerous written exchanges, it is quite evident that he is extremely illiterate and couldn't have possibly managed to achieve not even a GED.

He is a fast talking manipulative con artist!  He takes control of every conversation and will not let you get a word in. 

He will befriend you and then gain enough trust to con you and steal your identity! 

He stole $2000 worth of money orders that was for my rent. When I confronted him with the evidence he proceeded to threaten to kill me and my family,  he then told me he had stolen a picture of my mother and knew where she lives.....I checked and thus far this was the only statement he has made truthfully. He also claims to be in the Mafia and can have anyone "wacked" if they call the police. He often brags about killing 2 men and getting off in court. 

He runs a shelter/SRO program for the homeless and is constantly taking advantage of the mentally ill and homeless. 

After doing further research I found out that this guy is nothing but trouble. Not only is he a con artist and a fraud but he runs a prescription drug ring out of the SRO.  He has also stolen the rent monies of multiple mentally ill tenants and then had them evicted and tossed back into the shelter system. He replaced all of the mental patients with local drug dealers and has set up a "trap house" 

I put this information out because he has ruined my life. He stole my only bit of money and I've seen him doing it it to many people and I'm sure he continues to. .... I'm a REAL military veteran and he used my honorable service against me. He has also stolen my identity and destroyed my credit along with placing me in danger of homelessness....not to mention the death threats....he recently located me and has sent drug addicts to my door to let me know that "Ray sent me" ...... LOCK THIS JERK UP!
