What happens when purchasing a new 245k Bentley at Rancho Mirage? They get all your info over the phone in hopes of not allowing you to go elsewhere and they run your credit 6-7 times without your knowledge and then come back and tell you the car you were looking at actually isn't NEW, but USED with 1k miles on it and warranty already starte don the car.

Kyle Racine, the sales manger(I'm sure just a title given to any salesperson at the dealership) tried to bait and switch me by collecting my info first and then telling me the car is USED. When I told him I wasn't interested, the kingpin, Elena Ramirez(Director of Finance) get's invloved to use scare tactics to sell you the car.

What happened after I told them I didn't want their used car? All of a sudden I can't get approved for the lease and ELENA can pull strings and make it happen because is on the "Baord" at Bentley financial. And that if I go to another dealership the deal won't get done. 

MY financials are strong enough to qualify for a home 10 times the price of the car yet they think scare tactics will make me taKe their USED car.

When selling a vehicle in the 200k range, you should expect your customer to be a little bit more savvy then if you were selling a Honda.

STOP THE BAIT AND SWITCH! STOP RUNNING CUSTOMERS CREDIT 6-7 TIMES WITHOUT INFORMING THEM! STOP USING SCARE TACTICS TO SELL YOUR USED CARS! 

 ELENA RAMIREZ AND KYLE RACINE ARE SCAM ARTISTS, AND QUITE GOOD ONES. THEY PREY ON THE WEALTHY, KNOWING THAT WHEN YOU WANT A SPECIFIC CAR USUALLY YOU'LL PAY MORE AND PLAY THEIR GAMES TO GET IT! BUT THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS... I went to a different dealership and the deal played out just the way it was supposed to and they provided excellent customer service.

THESE SCAM ARTISTS ALSO GO BY INDIGO AUTO GROUP and have a location in Houston as well. They sell numerous brands of luxury vehicles, but the KINGPIN ELENA RAMIREZ does financing for all their brands. SHE IS THE BULLY THAT TAKES ADVNATAGE OF CUSTOMERS. 

DONT GET BULLIED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! THEY'LL RUIN YOUR CREDIT AND WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME!
