Rand mcnally Rand mcnally truckers 720 gps Biggest peice of sh@t on the market Internet

April of 2012 i bought a rand mcnally truckers 720 gps with a 7 inch touch screen
Had all the features i needed since im a trucker i payed 399 plus tax
Used it 2 months had to send it back for a refurbished one screen freezes up
Screen flickers power port was defective its now january 2013 ive since
Received 5 diffrent ones all the same problem it cost me money every time i have to send it back
Not to mention money lost cause i wont travel to ny with out it anyways i just got another factory refurbished
Had it intruck 2 days on my way to NY same problems wont charge wont turn on port loose
I call customer support. I get a owell you have 2 choices send it back or give us an extra 200 buck and we will send you. Newer gps WTF so that means a gps for 600 bucks? i ask the rep. If i can talk to someone in managment he sAys no deal with me or to bad this is the biggest peice of crap on the mArket
Made in a sweat shop in china. Cheap and just a waste of money
I have a 6 yr old garmen for a car not a 18 wheeler and it gets me wre i have to go but its not trucker friendly
And you have to pay attention to its directions ...
