randy worked me and three other people and did not pay us for the work we did for him in his restaurant he fired us friday the day before pay day and said he was not giving us our checks so we are waiting on the label board to get him this is the same man who owned c & r auto sales in montgomery alabama he is a big rip off he has alot of electronics and all kind of fema trailers filled up with tools and four wheelers and lawn equipment that i believe he stole why he was working for the fema people he has alot of the same stuff that has never been open that he does not use and he said he buys out forclosed bussinesses and he cant even give a good check all his checks r bouncing so be aware of randy smitherman he is a crook
