i ordered a product from randy gages website.this person is allegedly called the million dollar messiah.i ordered a product that cost 107.00 from his company called prime concepts group.this was over 2 weeks ago.and still no product yet.i have sent several emails to the company.they havent even called me on the phone.ans i no they have my # for filling out a help ticket.this company is nothing but a scam.i suggest no one buy from gage or prime concepts.

Geoff,
We researched your order. We have call tracking that shows we spoke to you December 6th and 10th 2007. You were also refunded in FULL back to your visa card.
So, this customer was taken care of 100%. Interesting that he was quick to file a complaint, but didn't bother to state the facts and that he was given a refund.
We have no control over UPS or FEDex and always track our deliveries. Our records show this being delivered, but the customer in this case said they didn't receive it. We offered to resend the order for FREE and then GAVE him his money back.
