Randy Kuhlmann, Randall Construction, Randall Homes Randal Kuhlmann of Randall Construction and Randall Homes BANNED FROM BUILDING!!! Flower Mound Texas

Randall Kuhlmann is a liar, a thief, and a cheat. Randall Homes was contracted to build a house and took many months to deal with the site planning; something that should have lasted no more than several weeks. I gave Randall money, exhausted many hours, went through all the design stages of my house and paid Randy thousands of dollars to pay for permits, engineer costs, architecure fees and purchased a lot from him. He dragged out the process for nearly 6 months and I finally started asking around the neighborhood to see why he was dragging his feet. 

I found out Randall Homes was on PROBATION and limited to only building one house at a time. I was told by the President of the HOA to go to the upcoming HOA meeting; he couldn't tell me details but he said I'd learn a whole lot more. At that meeting I learned they were revoking Randall's probation and banning him from building in Seis Lagos. 

Randall Homes is no longer able to build homes in Seis Lagos. Worst yet, is Randall had a deed restriction on my lot that only I could use him to build a house. When I approached Randall about all the money I had given him and asked for a release I received a nasty email from his attorney that if I wanted a release I'd have to pay him $10,000! In fact, his attorney said I'd have to sue them if I wanted anything different. He boasted that he knew 'that I knew' I'd have to spend over 25k to get Randy to do the right thing.

My hands were tied. I wanted to build the dream home for my wife and young kids. I was held hostage by this man who KNEW he could NOT build my dream house.

Why was he banned? He wasn't building houses on time. His costs would increase with clients throughout the process and some houses were delayed because people would have to come up with more money, above the contracted price, to complete their house. The HOA got tired of the delays and the bad publicity and put him on probation and later revoking it. 

Do not build a house with Randall Homes. RUN...he is NOT to be trusted and he is bad news. 

Randall Homes, through is attorney, is wanting 10k to remove the deed restriction (a lot I own) and demanding I not say a word about the settlement. I have a duty and obligation as an upstanding citizen to warn people about this thief and cheat. Do not work with Randall Homes.
