In this case.  I gave this lady about $2000 worth of services and she paid me $400.00.   I gave her a finished DVD which she paid for and she wanted the original footage which she did not pay for.   It's that simple.   I also gave her a website and a DVD cover design,  logo design,  and photography.   She was in the middle of a lawsuit with her previous employer who thought she was a whack job.  I couldn't afford to spend any more time with her hourly request for more work that she couldn't pay for.   Don't you realize that their are crazy people in this world that have no concept of reality?  
 
I've done work for HDNET  and produced documentaries, as for CBS no, but I know several of the producers personally.   I've been in the broadcast industry for 25 years.   Worked at Silicon Graphic Computer Systems and Macromedia, so if you think I'm going to back down on this discussion.   I take everything seriously.  I'm driven by this story, because it's one that needs to be told through social media circles as on the air.       
 
Are you going to take down the message from your board?   If you want to see the motion opening sequence to the story I'll be glad to show you how this will look.   I can weave a very compelling story.  
 
 What you do is harmful to good hard working people without fact checking.   At least as a journalist I'll tell the truth.  If I have to get 10 people harmed and 10 people accused and have them tell their stories on film I will.  Most of the people accusing are usually people trying to get something for free.  
 
 Your entitled to maintain a website that encourages public outcry against businesses, but only if you are providing the due diligence to understand the whole story.   When you supply half the story your basically diluting your worth as a site.    To defend a claim that has already been defended and proved unworthy is a waste of everyone's time and only doing a disservice to the companies wrongfully accused. 
 
I am a serious journalist.   The number of people who have been hurt by  your business is probably just as high as the number of people you are helping.   This is a claim that I will prove in the video.   I'm not saying you shouldn't check up on a business,  I'm saying check on the source reporting the information and ask the question.   How are they making money and what's in it for them?     
 
Consumer information is a dangerous tool in the hands of the wrong people and nobody will believe your site after I expose the companies who have been wrongfully accused and they start talking about your site to my cameras.   The end is near for sites like yours and I hope to be the person to make this happen.

You dont think filing a rebuttal would be fair?
Why should we stifle this persons right to free speech to speak their opinion about what you did or did not do for them.. this is what the Internet is all about? This is not illegal or even something you could sue over as they are giving their opinion of what happened. Plus, you know who did it. again, why not file a rebuttal to it?
 
And.. what make you think that 60 minutes will get involved with this?

How can you sleep at night?   Your site does more harm than it does good.   People who report businesses through your site are clearly incapable of taking legal action in an authorized court of law.    When someone reports a ripoff report on my business and I could show you that they are legally and certifiably nuts at the level where they believe they can communicate through dogs and they write a ripoff allegation,  who are you helping?   I don't have the time to go through your process of illegal bribery.  I will bring your site down on CBS 60 Minutes if you don't remove my rip off report from a women who believes she deserved a website,  full documentary style video with graphics, and marketing services for the price of $400.00.   You can't even rent the camera that I used for less than $250.00.   And yes..  I do have the ability to create and edit a piece that 60 minutes would love to share on one of their upcoming shows.   Boy that will do wonders for your business just like the harm your site has done for mine.  
 
I am totally serious.   I'm a respected video producer and you are messing with the wrong person.   I have nothing to lose by doing this and everything to gain.  Your site has cost me too much business already.   You can't be sued according to your site.   Try being held up in the real people's court on this matter on national television.   I believe that who you believe you are helping is a class of people that couldn't win their cases in a court of law.    I will expose everything about your business and have your site shut down by the state you reside in when I get ahold of all the people you have hurt.

Making money off of people through extortion techniques is not new.   Throughout time racketeering has been a steady business for the people who dare to collaborate with the Devil.    When you look at any consumer reporting organization theirs always been the issue of church and state.   The people paying for the information and the people who are trying to make the information advantageous to their end goal.   Ripoff Report a website that allows individuals to post allegations of fraud without any validation is just one site.   The site makes it easy for someone to file a complaint, but when the business being targeted has clear proof and evidence that the claim is false,  they hold the business up through their 6 PDF files that need to be filed to remove the complaint.  
 
Their's more red tape than filing to become a new corporation.   This is clearly an abuse of power and 60 Minutes wanted to find out how this site continues to operate under these extortion tactics.    60 minutes went under cover to find out who and why this site continues to operate.   
 
Well that's a start.   If you get my jest.  
 
So good luck fighting this one in court.   You'll have to fight the 1st Amendment.
