I have been scammed by Rapid Realty and Albert bell. On 12/29/12 my disabled mother took my to 146-17 Hillside Ave and we met with Albert Bell, he then drove and I followed to 88-30 188 St just off of Hillside Ave. At this location he showed us at least four apartments one more unacceptable them the other. Final he took us to the top floor to apartment 6N on entry this unit was completely renovated I am a Union Carpenter and a Licensed Home Improvement Contractor please take my word everything was replaced floor to ceiling. I asked if it was available and Albert said that it was and I needed two months deposit to lock it in. You can guess what happened next right.
I didn't get it so I requested my deposit back and got ran in around for about a week. I file a claim one block away form Albert Bell office at Small Claims Court and on April 9, 2013 at night court was awarded a judgment plus interest. Albert Bell nor any Rapid Realty representative came nor did they dispute the judgment in the time frame allowed. Rapid Realty and Albert Bell have no intension of repaying the people they have defrauded. If I can help any one contact me at (((email redacted))) Melissa Turner , J.
