Receeived letter stating that I was a guaranted winner of $3,900,000.00 on 7/16. I was directed to send them $20.0 for procesing within 14 days in order to receive any award the above amount or otherwise. I did not send money, but would like them to be stopped. They are clearly preying on unsuspecting individuals.
