Rare DVDs Defective Product Unviewable DVDs, very slow deliver, and no replacement as promised Internet

Some months ago I bought the Complete Sherlock Holmes with Jeremy Brett as Sherlock, from http://www.raredvds.tv/index.php. Delivery was extremely slow, taking a couple of months, and when the product did arrive, it was defective. There were finger prints and scratches on several discs, and 25%-30% or more of the episodes, to include entire discs, were completely unviewable. Freezing, distortion, absent audio, that sort of thing.

On January 17 they informed me that a replacement set would be sent, and to allow 7-14 days for delivery. Nothing has arrived. I have communicated my displeasure, without an answer from them.

I feel that this company is, at the best, entirely unconcerned with the quality of its product or the satisfaction of its customers.

It is my recommendation that none patronize Rare DVDs which, in my opinion, is a money grabbing, duplicitous, and fraudulent organization.
