My wife signed up for a free sample trial and didn't know they were actually signing her up for a year subscription! (They put everything in little fine print)  when I called in to ask why they had charged our account $160 they said that we had asked for a year subscription of month to month shipments of their product... $160 worth each month. After talking to their call center representative for 30min he said that they would not be able to refund anything at all even though the product they had sent us was never opened or used, and that we were locked into the contract .....  The representative after 20 min !! of asking to talk to his manager and him refusing to get him...said he would give us 50% off! I told him I wanted a whole refund not a discount of a product we didn't want in the first place.... Another 15 min go by of him saying he won't get his manager because there is nothing more the manager could do that he hasn't done....( being very disrespectful and condescending) after threatening to sue the company if they didn't send me my supposed service agreement (wich they said they couldn't send even though it was my supposed agreement that we had "signed") and demanding 100% refund finely he said that he would refund everything as soon as we ship the product back to their location..... He then tried to say I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee that he battled me on for another 10 min and ended up waving that fee.... In the end the representative (said his name was Mathew Violet) refunded everything which means he was lying the whole time and wasted over an hour of my work day..... If I could do a negative 100 stars I would!! WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY PAID ME!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!
