Rausch, Strum, Israel, And Hornick, S.C. Unprofessional, snide rude collections company ripoff Milwaukee Wisconsin

I have been trying to work with this company for the past year to try and resolve my debt that was placed with them. They have been very rude and disrespectful, as well as snide and condesending. I get calls from them at all hours of the day and night, I believe the latest one was at 9:50pm, and on the weekends. I have asked for them to send me a itemized statement of the amount that they say is due, and as of yet I have not received it.

All that they will send me is the same form letter that offers a setttlement on two large payments, that I have told them at least 10 times that I cannot make. I have offered to send them 4 payments to settle this account, but they tell me that if it is not in 2 that they will continue to go after me for the larger amount. And by the way the larger amount is mostly there "fees for service and interest" that they themselves add on, not the company that they are supposidly working for.

Now they are trying to take me to court, stating that I have made no attempt to resolve this debt. ! Apparently the numerous offers I have made are not an attempt in there eyes! So now I am on a mission to send them an email and a message several times a day, on a daily basis until I recieve an actual response to my offer and complaint. But I am betting that I will most likely receive another form letter.

Beware of this company! They are very snide and unprofessional. They treat everyone like they are some sort of dead beat who is trying to get out of their bills. This is not the case for me and I am sure for most people who have items sent to collections.
