Well, it all started of with this company called Raven-Media Taking money out of my bank account, Appx. $39.95. 10-30-08 the money was taken out of accounnt, 10-31-08 call and cancel the account, 11-1-08 little foreign receptionist I told her the what has happened and I asked what This was even for and she asked if I had received the discs and I asked what disc and when were they shipped and she said the 10-31-08. That's funny, I canceled my account first thing yesterday morning and My product shipped out after I canceled my account.All of a sudden she said they shipped on 10-21. I said bullshit, I clearly heard you say the 31st. She said hold please and came back and said you will get your refund. Gave me an RMA # and everything. I'm think "yes" I beat this p***k. A couple of days go by and no money back in my account. I thought I would shout their customer service a message a remind them.This is where it gets good, these are the emails That I originally sent to remind customer Service:

I can't believe the person incharge of a company just sent me an email threatening email and using vulger language. Who is your boss? Dude, you are the one that is scamming people, not me. You can't sue over something like that when you are the person in the wrong and you have obviously done this many, many people. Evidentally, you don't do Google searchs of your business very often. I did one after your commited defrauded me. I think there is enough info just posted on the internet to get a class act suit going. And I was told that I was going to get a refund on 11/1/08, Withdrawl from my bank: 10/30/08, canceled account on 10/31/08. No services were provided on your part, that is called fraud my friend. Who is your boss? I want to know! Believe me, I will pursue this until I have my money back or you are in jail. Now time to open a case with the Attorney General's Office and The FBI fraud division.
