I am a makeup artist of 19 years and own my own business, working in this industry.

On or about October 10, 2006 I was contacted by Michael Weis who identified himself as the Senior Makeup Artist for RAW PRODUCTIONS and the event known as NIGHTS OF TERORR. Michael informed me that the Producer wanted to hire 6 makeup artists to facilitate a face art section at the event. He asked if our company could manage and hire 6 makeup artists for this event. When Michael initially disclosed the hourly rate, I informed him that I would not commit to the job unless production would agree to additional terms (as outlined in the contract).

On or about October 10, 2006 Michael Weis confirmed the details of the contract, stating that his Producer accepted our terms and agreed on the terms as stated in the contract. He asked me to prepare the contract and forward it to him and the production office.

I had several conversations with Michael Weis before the start of production. He asked me to prepare display books and signage for the 6 stations at this event (at my cost).

On October 11, 2006 I was notified that I had to have a company representative at a production meeting which was scheduled to be held on October 12, 2006 at the MERCADO plaza in Orlando. I explained to Michael that we would be driving 2 hours to accommodate this production schedule. He assured me that we would be paid for our time and travel for this meeting. These terms are also outlined in the contract.

At the production meeting held on October 12, 2006, my husband and business partner, attended the production meeting where he (along with the entire cast and crew) were informed in writing and verbally that pay days would begin on Friday following the production (which would be October 20, 2006).

As agreed upon by Michael Weis and myself (initially), we prepared for 6 artist stations, ordered supplies, had professional signs made, hired makeup artists and prepared all necessary documentation for our freelance artists in order to place them on our payroll for this production. Preparation time for this production was approximately 30 hours + travel to the event for all of my artists.

The production contract was faxed to Michael Weis and the Production Office on October 12, 2006 and again on October 13, 2006 along with the necessary documentation for my 1099 and confirmation of my ability to work in the United States.

Our company contract, for the event was signed by Jon Smith, with RAW PRODUCTIONS on or about October 13, 2006. The contract was never questioned and no errors or omissions were brought to our attention. Therefore, we had no reason to believe that we would not be paid as per the contractual agreement.

We continued working the event October 13, 14 and 15th, 2006 as scheduled. Rochelle Warriner informed me on or about October 14, 2006 that she did not need 6 artists and approved going down to 4 artists for the duration of the production. It was brought to her attention that we were under contract for 6 artists regardless if 6 worked or not.

On or about October 15, 2006 it was apparent that Rochelle Warriner did not seem to be aware of our contract which was signed by an authorized agent for the cooperation. I spoke to Michael Weis and he assured me everything was in order and that we were to proceed with the request of Rochelle to go down to 4 artists, reassuring me that we would not be financially affected by her request.

On or about October 17, 2006 I spoke with Michael Weis regarding the upcoming payment and the plans for the following weekend. He instructed me to call Jon Smith who originally signed our contract.

I spoke with Jon Smith on several occasions on or about October 17, thru October 22, 2006.

During my conversations with Jon Smith, he indicated that we would be paid on Friday, October 20, 2006. He stated that he had spoken to the accountant and a check would be available for me to pick up when the event started on October 20, 2006. He asked me specifically who was authorized to accept payment. I explained to him that I needed to pay my own payroll for my freelance artists and was counting on that check to make payroll. He again reassured me that the check would be available and he told me I could feel confident to go ahead and write my payroll checks.

I did write my payroll checks to satisfy my payroll obligation for the week of October 13, 2006 with the guarantee from Jon Smith that a check would be available for me on October 20, 2006.

I inquired of Jon Smith how many artists they wanted for the weekend of October 20, 2006 since the previous weekend was not as busy as anticipated. He informed me that Rochelle Warriner would be contacting me to confirm.

On or about October 18, 2006 October 20, 2006 I left several telephone messages with Rochelle however she did not return my calls. Since she stated the previous weekend that she only wanted 4 artists, I proceeded with that plan.

On October 20, 2006, after the production event, my husband questioned Jon Smith regarding payment of our first invoice which totaled. $3,080.63 (later adjusted to $3,923.75 for a billing error). Jon informed my husband that the accountant needed until Sunday, October 22, 2006 to issue the check because paychecks are not issued until Sundays (even though the initial contract for RAW PRODUCTIONS said one week from the production date and our contract stated we would be paid on or before October 20, 2006).

On October 22, 2006 my husband again questioned Jon Smith about the payment and he referred my husband to Rochelle Warriner. I questioned Michael Weis regarding the payment and he indicated that it was his understanding that checks would be issued later that evening.

On October 22, 2006, I confronted Rochelle Warriner in her office regarding the run around that we were getting regarding payment for the outstanding invoice. Rochelle acted naive like she did not have a clue what we were talking about. She said she had not received an invoice and there was no way she could cut me a check that night however, she would do everything possible to get me a check. I gave her a copy of the invoice. I explained to her the empty promises from Jon Smith.

Later, on October 22, 2006 I confronted Michael Weis and Jon Smith regarding our company not getting paid. We were at the end of another production week, going into another invoicing period and no payment had been made yet we had completed two weeks of production. Michael Weis again stated that it was his understanding that ALL payroll checks would be issued on that evening (of October 22, 2006). He later found out from Rochelle that there were no payroll checks available and no funds available to hand out payroll. I confronted Jon Smith and reminded him of his commitment. He again said he personally spoke to the accountant and he thought there was a check in the office for us. After he excused himself he later approached us and guaranteed us that a check would be waiting for us on Monday, after 3:00 PM (October 23, 2006). He assured us that he would call us Monday morning to confirm where to pick up the check.

On October 23, 2006, as we had anticipated, no phones call from Jon Smith. We called Michael Weis who informed us that checks were suppose to be available at 3:00 PM at the Production Office at MERCADO. My husband went to the location to only find out that there was (again) no payment for services rendered and hopefully they would have an answer for us by Friday, October 27, 2006. We stayed in Orlando an additional night with hopes of having definitive answers the next day.

On Tuesday, October 24, 2006 I went to the production office located at the MERCADO and met with Rochelle Warriner. She informed me at that time, that she could not pay me anything. She stated, I will probably be filing bankruptcy as the production has not profited as we had planned. When we started the production, we were already in the negative. We had hoped the production days would bring us out of the hole and give us the ability to pay our cast and crew and vendors. She continued, I understand if you need to contact legal counsel or agencies to protect your rights under the law. I also understand that we are in breach of a contract and your fees are payable now. Because I cannot pay you, there is no sense in you returning for the production on October 26, 2006 as scheduled. I asked for the contact information to her attorney and accountant which she did provide. I inquired about her intentions regarding continuing production and ripping people off. She stated that she had to continue with production in hopes of making some kind of money so she could pay off some of her production debt. She did have some payroll checks on her desk to hand out (for the actors) however, I later learned through Michael Weis that the payroll checks bounced.

On October 26, 2006 Gerard spoke with Greg Senner, an authorized representative of RAW PRODUCTIONS who indicated to Gerard that they intended on exchanging the bad checks with cash to those who they attempted to pay.

On October 24, 2006 after meeting with Rochelle, I met briefly with Michael Weis who was aware of the financial situation and stated he would wait until Friday, October 27, 2006 to see if his makeup team got paid before proceeding with negative action against RAW PRODUCTIONS.

Throughout October 24, 2006 October 26, 2006 we had numerous conversations with Rochelle Warriner, Greg Senner, Michael Weis, and a production manager known as Zak. At one point, Greg Senner and Rochelle Warriner were trying to barter, bargain and convince us to take over Michael Weis and his makeup crew's positions by running the makeup room and completing our contract. They way, the production would not have to pay over $8,000.00 in payroll to the makeup artists and could utilize our skills for the cost of our contract. We notified Greg Senner that our contract would have to be paid in full and we would have to re-negotiate additional terms. Greg and Rochelle told us that they had a meeting scheduled with Michael and needed him to defend himself as to why he negotiated the contract terms without Rochelle's knowledge, even though he told Jon Smith that Rochelle had already approved the contract as is. There was a lot of he said, she said, they said and no one willing to stand up and take ownership or responsibility as to why we had not been or were not going to be paid. Come to find out, that meeting with Michael was another bluff because Michael said they never called him for such a meeting.

On or about October 24, 2006 I spoke with the production accountant, Andrea Knudson with K & K Business Solutions. Andrea said she never received my invoice (which proves Jon and Rochelle were misleading me the entire time and had no intention of sending my invoice to her for payment). Andrea informed me that to her knowledge, there were funds to be deposited (from MERCADO) that day to cover some checks. She further advised that Rochelle had bitten off more than she could chew. Andrea told me she would work on getting me payment. I later spoke with her, after she spoke with Rochelle. Rochelle told Andrea (another lie - the plot thickens). Rochelle said that I agreed to reduce my invoice to $1,500.00 with $700.00 being paid one week and $800.00 being paid the 2nd week. What I told Rochelle was I would appreciate she cover at least part of my payroll so I could fulfill my contractual agreement with my freelance artists.

The MERCADO has donated all of the property for the use of this event so the only expenses RAW PRODCUTIONS has to pay out is to their vendors, subcontractors, cast and crew in addition to electric.

Based on my own investigation, interviews, and personal knowledge, it is apparent that RAW PRODUCTIONS and anyone associated with NIGHTS OF TERROR hired in excess of 150 cast and crew members, vendors, security and alike with the intent to defraud each person out of their wages or contracted amount to be paid simply so RAW could proceed with their production.

It is my further understanding through Rochelle Warriner and Greg Senner that Greg is also owner of Sole Scenic (along with Rochelle's boyfriend, David Mintz). Sole Scenic is the design crew who did 100% if the set design lighting, stage props, etc. for this production so monies from the production would (apparently) be going back into Sole Scenic or the hands of Rochelle for personal gain.

We observed a huge paying crowd at NIGHTS OF TERROR on October 14, 2006. It is not my problem that they cannot pay their bills. I acted in good faith in providing services to their production. Frankly, I am personally out of money and had to borrow money against my account to get me out of this financial hole that RAW PRODUCTIONS intentionally placed me in. They took a gamble on NIGHTS of TERROR. I did not. The cast and crew did not. Why should we have to pay for their mistake; their poor financial management; their lies and deception?

PLEASE, I pray for help, direction and favorable relief in this situation. I feel I (and many) have been victimized without knowledge of the crime against me. I feel taken advantage of and would like this business and owners prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I would like to see immediate financial recovery either through seizing their accounts and property or through some means of protection to insure we have some hope of being paid.

#21 UPDATE EX-employee responds

I should have told my side a long time ago

AUTHOR: Greg - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, March 23, 2009

I wanted to take a moment to clear up a few things. I know its been 2 and a half years but this thing keeps biting me and im really over it.

My name is Greg Senner. To start, i want to clear up a few misconceptions about my roll in Raw, Nights of Terror, Sole Scenic, and the events involving creative makeup design.

1. I was an emplyee for Raw. Rochelle had me listed as an officer of the corperation, however that involved NO participation by me. It can be changed at any time online and anyone with a corperation can put anyones name as an officer. I was NOT an owner, partner, shareholder, or any title holder with privalage or access to corperate information. Additionally, I was NOT even listed as a signer on the bank account for the company or the project. My job title was as Technical Director and Designer and my compensation from Raw was to be a percentage of profits made from the event. I NEVER saw a dime from Rochelle or Raw. Additionally, 2 members of my family, "invested" money to help get the project completed and i and my company took the hit for those moneys being repaid.

2. SOLE Scenic was in no way financially, or corperately tied to RAW. yes, as the technical director for Raw i hired my company to do the work, however, not all the final costs where covered. the final 3 weeks of labor to SOLE was never paid and we NEVER saw any additional income from any moneys collected from the event.

3. As far as creative makeup design goes, I only got involved after everything went wrong. I was not aware of the issues on either side untill well after i got involved. At the time, the event was open and my task complete. It was obvious that the event was going poorly and i was trying to help get answers and solve problems. I feel my words and actions where twisted by the members of creative makeup design, however, now that i know the whole story, i can understand their actions to some extent.

4. 789 caterers. To this day i still have the contract for the catering company. I was very open and showed it to many many people those last few days of the event. It clearly says they will pay all materials and payroll for their company and all food service personel. It VERY clearly says that there are very specific limitations to what each company can or canot do to incure costs for eachother. The really funny thing about it all is that they came to Rochelle and told her that if she did not sign a rewriten contract, they would walk. She did not sign it.

As a final summary, between my personal and profesional losses, that job, and my association with RAW cost me over $75,000. It took me downsizing my company and 6 months to repay everyone that we owed money to. I realized that i could not take responsibility for a company that i did not own, however if anyone that called or came by in the weeks that followed would remember, i was always there and i ALWAYS answered the phone. I tried my best to hold it together and get a solution but ultimately it was not my call. Anyone that worked as an employee of SOLE was repaid, but only for the time they worked for SOLE. I did my best to do what was right, and it cost me a LOT.
I have since left SOLE as well. that project was the begining of the end for Dave and my friendship. I think a lot of that involved Rochelle as well. She did not run off and hide any money, she took a bigger hit then anyof us. She did move away after that event but came back as i was leaving SOLE and she and dave now run it together. I have not spoken to either of them in over a year.

Anyone that knows me is aware of how hard and how personal this was to me. I tryied my best to make it right for everyone, but ultimately i couldnt. I want to let this be my past and hopefully, i can have my name removed from this report. My name being here has cost me over and over, and i need it to be done for good.

Thank you to everyone that was understanding and knew i was trying my best

Greg Senner

Nights Of Terror Lies

AUTHOR: Tony - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, November 27, 2006

I was also an employee who at this date have not seen a single cent from this event. I was Employeed by 789 who told me that Raw Productions was the one responsible to pay us but when speaking to Raw Productions they mentioned that it was the other way around.

At this point I do not care who is responsible, but the 12 days that I work did more damage to pocket than not working at all.

I have called several times to both parties and no one has had the courage to call me back and let me know what is going on. I am at least one of the lucky ones who do have a daytime job, so it was not a devastating loss but it did hurt me financially.

Considering that I had to purchase some new clothes, gas, time, and expected payrate, my calculation come up a little over $1,700.00.

If any of you have any additional information please contact me.

I, along with my boyfriend and best friend, worked for 789 Deli and Catering for Nights of Terror. No one has seen one penny of the owned amount since the end of the event. I intend to file our own report tomorrow morning.

I am a victim too

AUTHOR: Justin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, November 17, 2006

This is an e-mail that was forwarded to me and now I am forwarding it along...

- Please read immediately, it's about people not getting paid.Don't let it b u!

If you act, direct, produce, cast, tech or are involved in the entertainment business at all you need to read this. It has to do with your local entertainment colleagues not paying performers, staff and crew. Don't get taken by these people. It only takes a couple minutes to read. If you don't have the time now, please save it and read later.

BE AWARE and TAKE CAUTION! I am writing this anonymously about my experience to make everyone aware of some very shady dealings going on with in our little Florida entertainment community. Recently I became involved with a production company called RAW PRODUCTIONS. They were putting on a Halloween event at The Mercado on I-Drive in Orlando called Nights of Terror. They held auditions, rehearsals, had written contractsthe whole nine. Seems pretty legit right? WRONG! First let me start describing the event as a sorry/lame wannabe attempt at a little brother to Universals Halloween Horror nights. It wasn't even good enough to achieve that status. It looked to me as if they stole a bunch of JC Penny mannequins, put some ketchup on them and then turned the lights off and said boo. Now to the catalyst which caused me to write this: The contracts we were given specifically state, and I quote Raw is responsible for payment to all performers. All Checks will be handed out or mailed to performers within one week from the performance date first worked. Upon signing this contract NO VERBAL agreements of any kind are liable in any way. RAW Productions, {Which is operated by Rochelle Warner, John Smith (you might know him as Jane Park's fianc), Greg Senner and Lawrence Benjamin}, still has not paid anyone. Let me repeat that, HAS NOT PAID ANYONE! You would think since the above-mentioned people are locally involved in the entertainment business and work as performers and production people themselves that they would know better. I guess they don't. I'm not talking about a couple hundred dollars (which would still be wrong); I'm talking about Tens of Thousands of Dollars and 200 people not paid. Now most of us can't afford to pay rent or put food on the table because we were contracted to this job for the month and were budgeting with this job in mind. These people who make up Raw Productions are also involved with a local Improv troop called Laugh Out Loud Improv Comedy. They keep trying to buy time, saying they didn't have the attendance they had hoped for so they cant pay us, so they say, hey, we'll pay you next weekmaybe. This goes on week after week. Nowhere in the contract did it say our payment was based on their profit. If Disney or any legitimate company has a bad day they don't say to their performers, sorry we can't pay you this week. Also, if you refer to the above quoted portion of the contract it says NO VERBAL agreements. So, their whole we'll pay you next week thing is another breech of contractamongst many others! Now they're telling us flat out, that they don't have any money and they don't know when they can pay us, IF AT ALL.

Now for some other things that RAW Productions dropped the ball on. They promised (in the contract and verbally) catering to the performers every night and what we got was cardboard pizza and cold hamburgers. This is because they couldn't afford to pay any one, including the cooks who literally rioted (police were called & lives were threatened) and quit in the middle of this month long event. So, not only were they unable to feed the performers they couldn't even feed the paying guests. RAW Productions also failed to provide an adequate green room space (break area). The one we received was an empty clothing store with no seats and no air conditioning. Now yes, we as performers were a bit stupid to continue to work for, what I think is such a bogus company that continued to tell us false, unfulfilled and empty promises. But, as a working actor with a contract in hand you tend to feel safe and believe that you will get what you are promised. You think you are protected, instead you are looked in the face and told lie after lie. In my opinion, these people and the companies they are affiliated with are cowards, liars, are unreliable and flat out backstabbing spineless-jerks! (That's the censored version) After my experience, it's my opinion that these people don't have any business sense and got way in over their head trying to make some Halloween fantasy come to reality, in which they definitely did not achieve and took a lot of people down with them.

After everything I've gone through, here is some of my advice so this doesn't happen to you. In my opinion if any of the people mentioned in this e-mail or RAW Productions ever approaches you to work with or for them, RUN the other way as fast as you can. I think you should NEVER NEVER NEVER hire them or work for them! This can be a great market to work in and we don't need, what I think are some unreliable, deceitful, talent less and indecent wannabe's ruining it for everybody. In my opinion, if there is ever a time and person to Black List, these are the people and this is the time. Here's the worst part about it all; I just found out that these same people did the same thing in Jacksonville last year and still haven't paid the performers. If I would've known this before now I could've made better gut decisions about these people and this event. Don't think this is just some disgruntled actor who is bellyaching. I am writing this based on my own experiences, but I am also speaking out on behalf of the rest of the 200 performers, techs, security etcmost of whom I have spoken with and they feel the same.

So, before they do this again, maybe through a different company name and maybe to youPLEASE Forward This On to everyone you know who has anything to do with the entertainment business. Print this out and put it up in your break room, copy and paste this in your Myspace, Friendster, and FaceBook accounts etc, help spread the word about these people. Don't get taken advantage of like I was! Thank you for your time. Just for a quick reference, here are the people's names and their companies one more time:

BE AWARE- NEVER HIRE OR WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE AND/OR THEIR COMPANIES

Rochelle Warner
John Smith
Gregg Senner
Lawrence Benjamin

RAW Productions
Laugh Out Loud Improv Comedy
Nights of Terror

Kind Regards,

Thank you for the post and the clarification.

To date we still have not been paid and are out additional money for legal fees. We hired a collection firm to assist however to no avail. They offered a $200.00 good faith payment on a $9,000.00 balance due - That is an insult. Rochelle was given 24 hours to come up with another method of payment however she did not call the agency back. We are going forth with legal action and will be filing our complaint in Orange County Court soon.

I still highly recommend that everyone involved contact the media and we all get together at a mutual time and do an interview. RAW PRODUCTIONS should not get away with this. According to Greg and Rochelle, they have booked projects into the New Year that have already paid in advance.

According to Michael Weis, Key Makeup Artist for SPFX, his crew was paid "something" and they are waiting for the balance of their pay.

I cannot encourage it enough - EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN EFFECTED BY WHAT APPEARS TO BE "THE INTENT TO DEFRAUD" NEEDS TO GO TO THE ORANJE COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE AND FILE A REPORT. (see previous report for instructions). You can sit there and do nothing and be part of the problem or you can be part of the solution.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN USING THE SAME ATTORNEY FOR A POSSIBLE CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT THAN SPEAK OUT!!

Penny:

Nikki:

I do not know a "Penny Stamp" from 789 Catering. Margaret Hewitt (also known as "Peggy") is in fact an Attorney however she IS NOT the Attorney for RAW PRODUCTIONS or anyone affiliated with RAW PRODUCTIONS. She is "Peggy" - Jim's sister who worked the bar in the VIP lounge at the event (blonde hair.

UPDATED INFORMATION:

FIRST:
File your report the Orange County Sheriff's Office call 407-836-4357 and ask for the White Collar Crime Unit. File a report and reference my case number which is 06-102006. Tell them you are also a victim.

In order to pursue an investigation of "Scheming with the intent to defraud" - the State Attorney's Office and the Sheriff's Office must see a pattern in order to prove "the intent" otherwise it is a civil matter.

It is my understanding, based on conversations with RAW PRODUCTIONS and the admission of their accountant, they DID NOT have the money or the availability of funds to make payroll before the production even began, therefore, they should not have contracted or hired individuals if they did not have the intent to pay them. However, in order to prove intent, there has to be a pattern (several victims) that this has affected.

ANYONE who has been affected by this ordeal has a voice and should speak out in order to prevent this from happening to anyone else. The best thing is public awareness. FILE YOUR REPORTS!

Apparently, someone has taken this "Rip off Report" into RAW PRODUCTIONS. Rochelle and Greg are angry that I would make this issue public and "ruin their reputation." THAT IS NOT MY INTENTION AT ALL. "The truth shall set you free." The golden rule - "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." PUBLIC AWARENESS - That is all I am trying to do with this forum. Tell my story and the facts as I know them. I have not slandered anyone. I just do not want to see anyone in this industry be as vulnerable and gullible as we have been. We reached out to them in their desperate time of need (at the last minute) and trusted that we would be paid for our services. The entire cast and crew trusted they would be paid for their services. This is NOT the way you treat people. You don't rip them off after they provided services for you.

The makeup area that we were hired for (face art and temporary tattoos) did not bring in much business. That is not our fault. We were hired to offer services to customers of "NIGHTS OF TERROR". We explained to RAW PRODUCTIONS and Michael Weis (when we were contacted) that this is not a typical venue for this type of service and we typically do not offer this service for this venue. However, we would accommodate their last minute request (of which we drastically reduced our fee schedule). We even offered to paint art display on windows to help advertise however RAW PRODUCTIONS never provided us with the window paint which was promised to us. We did everything to accommodate their needs.

I pray this is a lesson learned for RAW PRODUCTIONS and that they do everything to make it right with every person to whom they have wronged.

RAW PRODUCTIONS - Rochelle Warriner - Greg Senner - Jon Smith - Lawrence Benjamin; DISCLAIMER

AUTHOR: Joann - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 31, 2006

DISCLAIMER:

The comments and report filed on this site; made by myself; is solely the opinion or facts - affected by myself, my company, my subcontractors and my affiliates and does not represent the opinion or outcome of others who may or may not have been affected by RAW PRODUCTIONS or SOLE SCENIC.

Furthermore, my contract is with RAW PRODUCTIONS and not with SOLE SCENIC. Comments made regarding SOLE SCENIC is referencing the association between Greg Senner who is associated with both RAW PRODUCTIONS and with SOLE SCENIC. SOLE SCENIC has no relation to the wrong done to me, my company, my subcontractors or my affiliates.

When I state "apparently" or give my opinion it is based on conversations I have had with RAW PRODUCTIONS - Rochelle Warriner - Greg Senner - Jon Smith; Attorney known as Margaret Hewett; their Accountant; and the owner of the MERCADO Plaza; as well as cast and crew members effected by this situation.

It is not my intent to slander or give false witness or false claims against anyone. It is simply my intent to bring public awareness to the entertainment industry so this does not happen to anyone. This situation has hit our company hard (personally and professionally). The amount owed to us is in excess of $9,000.00 in addition to late fees and legal fees. I do not want to see anyone suffer like we have had to suffer. This could have been prevented had RAW PRODUCTIONS been honest with us.

We are a company of integrity and honesty and are numb to the fact that we have been cheated out of money owed to us and now we have to hire legal counsel to fight for money that is rightfully owed to us for services we provided.

We had lodging expenses, supply expenses, payroll, etc and to date RAW PRODUCTIONS has done nothing to pay (at least) our out of pocket expenses.

Channel 9 news wanted to do a "breaking story". RAW PRODUCTIONS asked that we refrain from speaking to the media because it would hinder their attendance October 27 - October 31. We have done everything to help them and they have done everything to hinder us.

CORRECTION NOTICE:

In the original report I stated that we witnessed a large sales volume on October 14, 2006. The date should have been October 21, 2006.

RAW PRODUCTIONS - Rochelle Warriner - Greg Senner - Jon Smith - Lawrence Benjamin; SOLE SCENIC Scheme with the intent to defraud; signed contract did not pay; misleading their cast and crew for personal gain; using people for labor with intent not to pay.

AUTHOR: Joann - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, October 30, 2006

RIP OFF REPORT: The following information is to help those affected by RAW PRODUCTIONS. All information is public record so case numbers and phone numbers are provided with permission. Please do not block them!

This is a follow up to my initial complaint - It is intended to inform all people effected by this incident, this company and the individuals involved.

Nikki:

I cannot view your email on this site so I cannot keep in touch with you that way. I am not sure how to get my contact information to. However, here is some information to help ANYONE affected by NIGHTS of TERROR:

File your complaint ASAP with the following people:

State Attorney's Office - Economic Fraud Unit; 407-836-2490. I have already filed a complaint there.

File a report with the Orange County Sheriff's Office call 407-836-4357 and ask for the White Collar Crime Unit. File a report and reference my case number which is 06-102006. Tell them you are also a victim.

Also, Channel 9 News is interested in the story. The reporter is Josh Einiger and his number is 407-402-9110 (he has given permission to give out his number).

A FURTHER UPDATE:

Rochelle Warriner provided me with the name of her "Attorney" whom my attorney and I spoke with. After disclosing personal (confidential) information and our intent to her, we later discovered the person to whom we were speaking to, in fact is not the legal counsel for Rochelle Warriner and/or RAW PRODUCTIONS however, the person is in fact the sister to the owner of the catering company that has been involved with RAW PRODUCTIONS. This person misrepresented herself to gain knowledge of our intent and to mislead us. Rochelle Warriner did not disclose to us that this Attorney is also the person known as "Peggy" who works the event on a nightly basis. Had we known this, we would not have spoken to her nor would our Attorney had wasted time speaking to her.

This entire production is based on deception, lies and wrong doings. Galations 6:7-8 "You will reap what you sow....."

Hi Joann, my name is Nikki. I worked at Nights of Terror as well, for 789, who was the catering company. All of the employees and 789 were completely ripped off by Raw Productions. Raw is telling people that 789 is lying and THEY are the people that were responsible for paying us, not Raw. It's all "he said, she said." I'm not really sure what's going on, but there are some real shady things happening.

I am in the process of writing my own Rip-off Report. If you don't mind, I would like for us to stay in contact, even though we worked in different areas. I plan to do more research, so if I find anything I would definitely like to send it your way. If you would like, you can e-mail me (((ROR REDACTED EMAIL FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))
