Ray Scott - Ace America Loans ripoff never recieved loan after sending them a money order and all of my documents Las Vegas Nevada

i applied for a personal loan with ace america. they emailed me the documents to print out. i had to get the avadavit of fact notorized i was then required to send a 260.00 money order with the documents which i did. i then was reqired to overnight fedex the documents and money order which cost another 20.00. i did this and the documents were recieved on aug 12 2005 @ 9:15 am and signed for by l.wood. i was then suppose to recieve a bank draft through the mail within 5-6 business days. i have never recieved anything and they will not return my emails or phone calls. they have all of my information ie, cheking account routing number account number ss# birthdate mothers maiden name
