I have never seen a business with such neglect for private information. I am not sure of the Managers name but he was a taller bald guy. Now this guy gets to me and asks me a few questions and takes a look at my drivers license. I moved last month so he asks about my drivers license address and then goes into a rant about how the terrorist are using cars to blow people up and that's why the DMV is getting so strict about it. I think he must have an IQ of at least 90 to have such a profound knowledge of terrorist activity.  I personally hadn't heard of any car bombings being a big problem in Indiana and terrorist certainly are not going to register the car that will be blown up in their name, and if they are pulling parts from it maybe this guy never heard of a junk yard.

I get into his little cubicle office and we start talking about terms and car prices. I told him the calculated payment he made was way off base from what I was quoted earlier that day. He then tells me that he wants 10,000 - 11,000 for this 1991 vehicle that I was told was 5,000 less and KBB says is really worth about 5 grand.
