Like other posters, I too was taken in by Rayban Sunstore's slick website.  Wanting to replace a pair of Rayban 3320 sunglasses I had recently lost, I placed an order with the sunstore on 24 May 2012.  The website claimed delivery would take place in 10-20 days.  On 4 Jun, I checked the status of my order online and saw a tracking number had been assigned as of 27 May.  The tracking number did not correspond to anything in the USPS system, so I emailed the company to inquire.  No response was forthcoming; however, on 8 Jun I found that another tracking number had been assigned, with a differently shipment date (changed from 27 May to 5 Jun).  I again emailed the company to inquire as to the rationale for this change and again received no response.

On 22 Jun, I received my order thru USPS delivery.  Everything looked authentic; however, the glasses seemed to be somewhat smaller than the pair I had lost.  I compared the new glasses to a pair being sold at a local store and confirmed this change in size.  While I was skeptical of the authenticity of the new glasses, I opted to keep them (and have prescription lenses put in) rather than attempt to return them.  My reasoning was that if I sent the glasses back, I would have no assurance of receiving a refund, thereby being out both money and glasses.  As luck would have it, on 19 Sep 12 the right temple piece of the glasses broke as I was putting them on.  I have since sent two emails to the company asking them to send a replacement temple, and have yet to receive any kind of response.  Buyer Beware!!!!!
