Razorgator Tickets 100% Guarantee is a joke Marina Del Rey, California

RIP OFF!!  THEY GUARANTEE NOTHING!!!!  RAZORGATOR SHOWS THEY HAVE TICKETS FOR CONCERTS THAT THEY NEVER REALLY HAD..... OR IF THEY HAD THEM THEY DECIDE THEY CAN CHARGE SOMEONE ELSEMORE FOR THEM... SO YOU GET SCREWED!!!

I was trying to get Justin Bieber Believe Tour Tickets the morning they went on sale.  Ticketmaster was not letting me, even though it was the exact time they went on sale.  I tried for an hour and a half with ticketmaster. My daughter was crying because we couldn't get the tickets so I was checking out all the other ticket agencies that we could buy tickets from. 

We had four computers going at once and my son found the an ok price and section with Razorgator.  We had already tried some other ticket agencies on line and when we put in the information after picking the section and price it was showing "Sorry, these tickets are no longer available".  We saw the 100% guarantee and it showed the section and even seat number we where getting. Finally using Razorgator the sale went through. 

I kept looking for available tickets for at least another hour and did not buy any more because I had found her tickets.  THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT UNTIL I CALLED MONDAY MORNING!! I was never sent an email or never received a phone call telling my they didn't have the tickets. I was told "Oh, those tickets where not available our buyer was out of town this week-end and was not able to get those tickets.  If you want to pay XXX$'s more we might have tickets but not in that section." WHAT?  Are you kidding me?  I could of bought them from anywhere.  I would of bought them from a place that actually had the tickets they where selling!!!!! 

Also, when I called on that Monday I specifically stated to refund my credit card. Funny 20 days later there is still not a refund on my credit card.  I had to call and esculate a dispute. We will see how long it takes Razorgator to refund my money for tickets they sold and charged to my credit card that they never had.
