Our internet goes on and off CONSTANTLY but the past week, it has gotten even worse. Last week on Friday, it went on and off and got so slow you couldn't even do anything, not even send email, then it went completely off by Saturday nite. When you call to report it, they tell you that no one else has called and it must be your imagination and say they are "working on it". They have no customer service, they just have their phones set to forward to some old lady or welfare mom to answer the phone and give them a line of sh**t. The internet didn't come back on until TUESDAY. 5 days with no service! And this weekend, it looks like a repeat. This is the most horrible internet service in the world. If you have any other choice, take it!

The people in DeLeon who subscribe to Reach Broadband have had to go 3 weekends in a row with no internet. It just never gets any better. It's really sad that Reach cares nothing about their customers.
