These guys are so sleazy it's criminal.
Robert Grant blatantly stole thousands of dollars from us, including our ad spend and did zero work -- then tried to hide behind his heavy handed self-written 'contract' saying we violated the terms which is a total lie.
Even our attorney (a well respected Washington D.C. attorney) said 'this guy is nuts'.
It was a miserable and emotionally draining experience, not to mention they outright stole our money, refused to agree to a reasonable compromise to refund any of our funds - even though they did no work for us, and didn't run a single ad.
Robert Grant claimed we were threatening him b/c we said we would make our experience public if they didn't refund our money... Then tried to make this go away by making threatening claims he would refer the matter to 'Federal Authorities' which is a joke.
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES, LIARS, AND SCOUNDRELS --- IT'S THE SINGLE WORST BUSINESS DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. RUN AWAY, DO NOT EVER USE THEM!
RUN AWAY, DO NOT EVER USE THEM! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
I have since heard similar stories from others in the internet marketing industry, and even their 'Testimonials' on their website claim they don't endorse them.
When we looked into if they were even 'Facebook Certified' as they claimed, we could not find any evidence of this.
They not only kept our retainer fee, but also the ad-spend money we sent them to run our ads.
Despite months of attempts to resolve the matter, legally and with reason, Robert refused to return any of our funds.
A completely dishonest, and mentally unstable individual who should be avoided at all costs!!!

For security reasons, any ads you're running will be paused until you can confirm your account information by contacting Facebook. === This is what you get when you work with Reach Global Media and Robert Grant. Plus, they have no US business address to pursue legal action. Mr. Grant is apparently somewhere in Israel. Never use them, or you will get your account banned and worse, your money stolen!
