REACHOUT WIRELESS NEXXUS COMMUNICATIONS REACHOUT NEEDS TO GO COLUMBUS Ohio
I AM REPORTING THE FACT THAT SOMETIME DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2013, REACHOUT WIRELESS HAS WITHOUT NOTIFYING ITS CUTOMERS THAT A FEATURE WHICH LETS YOU KNOW YOUR BALANCE OF MINUTES,EITHER ON PHONE DISPLAY OR WHEN MAKING OUTGOING CALLS, HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED.
ANY CUSTOMER CURRENTLY WITH THEM HAS NO IDEA HOW MANY MINUTES REMAIN ON THEIR PHONE AND ALSO WE DONNOT GET TEXT CONFIRMATION IF WE PURCHASE ANY MINUTES!
THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY SUCKS! YOU CAN EMAIL THEM AT THE CONTACT EMAIL GIVEN AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND.(LEFT AT LEAST 5 MYSELF)
THEY GIVE YOU A FAX NUMBER, AND OF COURSE NO RESPONSE GIVEN
FINALLY YOU MUST WAIT A GOOD 1,2,OR MORE HOURS WAITING ON YOUR PHONE TO REACH A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT, THAT IS IF YOUR PHONES BATTERY DOES'NT DIE OUT.
THE GOVERNMENT BODY MONITORING REACHOUT WIRELESS NEEDS TO GET THEM TO MAKE CHANGES OR EITHER FINE THE COMPANY OR END THE PLAN BECAUSE IT IS USELESS.
