Reachout wireless Rip-off wireless goverment phones they'll rip you off as bad as the goverment does. columbus Ohio

I recently ordered a replacement phone from Reachout wireless because I was having problems with my old  phone.So I filled out the order form got a $50 money order mailed it out December 9,2013 and was suppose to have my phone in 3 to 5 days after the recieved my order.By december 24,2013 the money order was cashed,but no phone yet.January 2014 rolls around still no phone so I begin trying to get ahold of customer service spent many hours waiting on hold 3 hours being the most time I spent then it would get down to me being caller number 5 and it would cut me off.

This happened 10 times or more.So I try emailing sent 45 emails have yet to get a response there.The live chat just puts you on hold like the phone with no response.Now the customer service phone number just keeps taking you back to the main menu over and over.Here it is February 1,2014 still cant get ahold of anyone and no phone and I'm out $50 I didnt have to spare to begin with but my household needs a phone I have children who live here and emergencies do happen and with no car if I need help or something I can't call anyone.I still had the old phone the did work if I kept it plugged in,but the cut the service off on that phone

so now me and my children are left without any phone service and they took our money too.And since they are claiming to still have an account for me I can't apply for another phone through any other goverment services because you can only have one phone per household.I cant get a refund and I cant get any other phone so Im screwed now.I have no idea what I'm suppose to do.Something needs to be down about this company doing this to famlies who have no other way of getting phone service.I want my money back and I want my name taken off the account they have for me so I can apply else where for phone.
