Real Choice Realty Windsor Ltd. Rick Rose Scam and shoddy job Windsor, Ontario

These con artists are now claiming to have changed the name of the company.

This is nothing but a ploy to continue scamming consumers.

It is an absolute lie that I contacted him at that site, this is just a name he has trumped up to hide his incompetence, his claim that the warranty is voided is bogus, I was calling him over and over to come and fix the leaks and he did not come and my cabinets were being flooded because of the leaks. I tried to plug the leaks with plumbers glue to stop the flooding. If he had done a professional job I would not have had the flooding in the first place.

To accuse me of breaking the pipes is not just ridiculous it is crazy.

After I filed the complaint with the Better Business Bureau, he called he called the BBB and told them he had changed the name of the company and that he was not going to respond to the complaint.

The fact that you contacted the BBB only to say you that had changed the name and you're not going to respond to the complaint is proof that you're not just unstable but incompetent as well.

This is an explanation as to the complaint by Edward. I will explain his points one at a time.

I have a dishwasher and an over the counter microwave oven to install and I need some new kitchen cabinets installed, I
already went to Rona and would like to buy the cabinets from Rona and have them installed, also, I'm thinking of replacing the kitchen sink, countertop and faucets.

I also need a need a bathtub with the surround installed and new cabinet and faucects installed in the bathroom and have the bathroom painted.

The glass on 2 windows are cracked and needs to be replaced.

I think Rona would be the best place to purchase the materials but any suggestions would be welcome.

I would like to have an estimate and your price list.

After we finished the job we asked him if everything was OK and he replied it was. He called us with a small problem a few days later, which we immediately attended to and fixed. Then, quite some time later he called complaining about a leak in the kitchen drain. We immediately attended to his call and found that he had painted solvent over all the PVC drain pipes, which by the way voided any warranties. BUT, we replaced all of the new PVC drainpipes again, at no charge, as a good will, good customer service gesture.

My worker and I arent sure what he is doing to the pipes but we think he is going under the sink and shaking them, to find out if they are solid, so hard that they break! We did this job in a competent and professional manner.

Sometimes there is no pleasing people even when things are perfect. Also, after working for him and getting to know him a little, I think he is unstable, just my opinion.

Also, everyone that he has complained to so far, that has investigated, has come to the conclusion that we were very professional, did everything in our power to make it right, and has closed their files with no negative impact toward this company.

The company is in Windsor, ON, Canada, not the USA.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but they refused to respond or reply to the BBB.
