Real Movers LLC Over one month late on delivery of belongs and inflated price as well. Old Bridge Township New Jersey

My son and his wife cotracted Colonial Movers out of Florida to have their belonging mved from CedarRapids Iowa to Seattl Wa. Colonial evidently sub contracted Real Movers to pick up and deliver their belongis on December 17th. My Daughter in laws lease ran out on the 18th as well as having her flight to Seattle was on the 18th.

The mover didn't show up on the 17th as promised so arrangements had to be made to leave the belongings a few days longer and a friend was nice enough to take responsibilty of their belongings until the movers showed up. Four days later the movers showed up and loaded their belongings and headed for Seattle.  

Once on the road my son was contacted and told the price and weight was considerably higher then the original

quote. Then once the movers claimed they were in Seattle they wanted a different form of payment and the banks were all closed until the following day so they had to wait. The mover notified my son they had a delivery in Oregon and would return. The next contact they had said they were heading for California and would return, ity's been over a month and still no delivery or anticipated date of arrival has been made.

Also when trying to reach the company by phone their mailbox is full and no one will answer the phone so contacting them has been impossible.

My son was married in September and his wife had to finish some college courses before she could move up to Seattle in December, all their wedding gifts were included in this move.
