Hired George Golivin the owner of this commany to manage my investment property since dont live in that state
as of today i suffer over 8,700 $ of damages
dead grass, damaged irrigation, lost of rent, my travel expenses to the house since he failed to perform
he breach his own agreement by failure to look after the property, by not dislosing his vendors to me and the fact those vendors were making my bills higher in order to pay commisions to him
liying to me lying to my tenants about numerous things missleading all in order to make more taking advange of both
cut him on lies, started controling my bills, asking to proof my authrization on work orders
guy did not like that started to scream, bulled me with treats
this guy is a lying disaster, treat to any landlord, unprofessional jerk must pay all my damages, no doubt for that !
