Realtytrade.com said they would sell our time share in six months and if not they would return our money to us. After six months the time share was not sold and we sent them a letter asking for our money back. They said we could not have our money back. Stated they would give us another six months listing and after that six months if the time share do not sell they promised to send our money back. Again they did not sent the money back as promised. We sent them another letter and stated we are looking to sue them for our money. Realty trade called me and again stated there will be no refund given back. I would like to find other people that had the same experience and file a class action suite against Realty Trade with us. The people that work with this company are liars and thieves.  They stated they sent us an offer to my email (which I never got) and because they sent us an offer they would not refund our money. I never recieved an offer from them. I hope other people do not fall for this scam as we did. We are out over $800.00 and nothing to show for it. Buyers beware! We hope to find someone that can help us get our money back from this company.

This rebuttal is not true.

I spoke to realtytrade on the phone last week and still will not send me my money back. Their statment is false when they say your money will be returned after the six months if the time share does not sell. The rebuttal from them is truly false and no one should fall for this scam again. I asked for my money back several times and they still give me a run around. I have a lawyer and after Jan. 1st 2010 he will start  proceedings against Realtytrade. I hope if anyone reads this and has had the same problem with them please contact me and join in the law suite against realytrade.
