Real Life Span did not ship anything for over a week.   Multiple contacts about the order were never answered.   After ten days I cancelled the order and asked for my money back.   They had charged my credit card and had not shipped the product.   When I cancelled he calls and says he will ship me another product that is more expensive or I can get a refund.   I told him I had already ordered the product from another vendor and wanted a refund.   The next day I get an email asking if I wanted the other product or a refund.   I replied that I wanted a refund.   The refund was short.   After two more atempts to contact the company about why the refund was not the full amount they tell me there is a 10% restocking charge.   These guys are a rip off, I doubt they even have a product.

My Name is Alex Saparata I am the owner of real lifespan we have been selling GHR products for 11 years we have never had a complaint made against my company.At the time this man ordered the ghr-15 were waiting for a new supply to come in. I offered to give him a more expansive GHR -15 Gold at no extra cost to him. He was very rude to me and just wanted his money back. I gave him a credit less the restocking fee.We have always  given great customer service and we always ship our products.I think we charged him a $5.00 restocking fee, were he got the I dear that we don't ship orders of products to anyone from I have no I dear We have been in business and have a long list of happy people that we do business with. I think what I  really did not like was that he was very rude to talk to I find most of the people I do business are happy. We take extra care to make sure people are happy.
