In January 2003 we decided to list our timeshare property with Stroman and realtor Karen Bohner. We paid $499.00 upfront for them to list our property. We also agreed to pay a total commissiion of 10% of the selling price.

In 19 months we have NEVER been contacted by Stroman or Ms Bohner. We have called there several times with NO results. All they can tell us is that they are 'trying'. Meanwhile we paid them and we keep on paying the taxes and maintenance on our unwanted timeshare.

Is there any chance it will sell before the 3 year time limit? I'm not holding my breath!
