Realty One Group Agents are Being Ripped Off by Company president. Our guaranteed fixed Rates Increasing UNFAIRLY Las Vegas Nevada

I too am a Very Angry and Pissed off agent. kuba Jew... the broker/president of REALTY ONE GROUP of NV and AZ is a piece of work. He is Indeed a conniving, lying, deceitful piece of Garbage and he is practicing BAIT & SWITCH, he is committing a criminal act and needs to be thought a lesson. Kuba Jewgieniew and his participating brokers are all SCUM. At the time of hire, these SCUM BAGS sat across their desks and lied to our faces about the low , guaranteed (and the only MONTHLY FEE due to the office each month ) and now that they have LURED IN and accumulated enough agents by offering the $25 Office fee (BAIT), they are now (SWITCHING) and INCREASING THE RATES BY $75 per month. Realtors are Broke Now a days. kuba, are you and your Brokers STUPID OR just BLIND not to recognize this fact?! Not only We REFUSE TO PAY anything over the $25 fee in our contract, you need to know $75 is a lot of money in this economy for those of us who GAVE UP OUR OTHER OFFICES AND MOVED TO YOURS to SAVE THE SAME $75 Fee! . Many of us were already paying $100 Office fees with other R.E. Companies. We moved to Realty one group because you and your Lying and disgusting Brokers LIED TO US and told us we won't have to EVER pay a penny over the $25 Amount to realty One per month.
You are so CHEAP that you won't allow Incoming fax and you and your office staff lock up the printers and control Printing activities. YOU ARE SO CHEAP THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TELEPHONES at Agents desk so god forbid, someone might dial a long distance # because the client is out of Town. Now, you are shamelessly raising the rates for Tech/Ed ? These fees were Included at the time of hire when ALL the UNSUSPECTING, NEW HIRE AGENTS believed your Lying Brokers. You are Forcing us and basically MAKING LOVE TO US all without our consent. ( I can't put it any cleaner). Kuba, you and your brokers GO MAKE LOVE TO YOURSELVES. I TOO WILL FILE FOR A LAW SUITE and will Participate in the CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE AGAINST YOU, SCUM BAG CROOK.
If you do not BACK OFF and WITHDRAW the Rate Increase, We WILL SUE and We WILL
GET BACK EVERY PENNY YOU RIPPED US all for FOR APPLICATION and Registration fees at the time of hire plus All other costs for my business cards,signs,car signs because I Intended to stay with the company. YOU ARE PLAYING DIRTY just as you are.
