Talked with Bethany Morea,Sales Exective, The company has the best rtecord for selling and renting time shares. Mailed a contract,real officiall looking,contracted stated t5hat if time share was not sold in six months the money woul;d be refunded.They had buyers lookinmg for a time share in this particular area. Signed contract and returned it. Six months passed followed instructions in contract wrote and ask for the refund that would be refunded if time share was not sold,sent a second request.Nothing. This is the same as grand larceny,robbery the thief will use a weapon these use LIES.Just plain Lies. They have no intention of returning the requested good faith payment.Honest is a word not in their vocabulary. I can not under stand why the state of Florida would allow such criminal activity. These thieves did not even have the decency to e-mail and said we screwed you,and many others.

First of all this person that made this complaint was a former employee. Bethany never lied to any customer. we DO NOT mail contracts in the first place and only email or fax them. We do not even offer any guarentee that their property will be sold. Realtors don't even offer guarantees, why would we? If someone signed a contract they would be at risk and should not sign a contract like that. We are no longer in business because of the down economy and lack of buyers of vacation properties. Please do not believe this one complaint about my company and my past employee. This site is absolutely ridiculous. Do not believe everyghing you read on the internet.
