I bought a "toy bulldog" from Rebecca VanMeter 3 days ago and I have discovered that my puppy is very sick and she was well aware of it. When I first contacted Rebecca on January 9th, I was told of no health issues and the picture she sent to me was that the dog had an "outty belly button" and that she would love to keep her but can't breed her now because of that but she had no issues.. I went and picked her up that night and she then told me that all of her dogs had a little dirrahea so she was treating them all with Albon to be on the safe side.

The next evening her first stool had a mucous type looking worms all through it and it was I then looked about the medicine she gave me called Albon and found that Albon is usually given for Coccidiosis!!! Also she had these spores that would keep falling off of her so I collected those for the vet also. I took her to the vet the next day and was told by the vet that that the Albon she gave me was not real and they could not make out exactly what it was. Then the outty bell button she said she has is not but its a hernia and it will need surgery.

Also she is not just a bulldog but she also has a type hound mixed in her. Also that she may be bigger then the 11 to 13lbs grown like Rebecca told me she would be. I live in an apatrment which only allows small dogs that is why I specifically asked. The spores that I took in were 2 different kinds of worms the vet said. So she is being treated for the worms and possible Coccidiosis. For those of you like me that do not know whatCoccidiosis is please look it up. It's bad for the dog and humans and can be transferred to humans also.

That night she was up all night crying and dirrahea with bloody mucous stools. I took her back to the vet and they are testing her for Parvo now which is and can be deadly to your dog!!! Also I found that one of her previous buyers last week bought a dog and it has Parvo! This report is also listed on ripoffreport.com. As a breeder, she knew about all of this and made up lies to rip me off $1,250!!!!! for a mix breed and she obviously does not keep a close eye on her dogs!!!! She should have been upfront and honest with me. Please be aware of this breeder!!!!!!!
