One huge rip-off! In October of 2013 I have paid this person a tremendous amount to get a license for me to broadcast on my own low power FM radio station. Michelle Bradley guaranteed me that she could do this when I paid her. It is now almost three years later and I still have nothing at all to show for what I paid and Michelle Bradly refuses to respond to my calls, emails or any other methods of contact.

I finally have contacted a real broadcast engineering firm that has looked into this for me and has found numerous errors with the application filed by Michelle. They say that I am lucky my application was not dismissed already due to "failure to prosecute required modifications" which is negligence on the part of my previous engineer (REC Neworks and Michelle Bradley). I am having my new engineer try to repair the damage this woman has caused me.

I have learned a very hard and expensive lesson, here: You can save a few hundred dollars on a broadcast application up-front but, it will end up costing you thousands more in the end and you still might lose it all in trying to save that little bit. DON'T DO IT!!! Go with a real engineer from the start! My nightmare is REC Networks and Michelle Bradley!

This is a hoax complaint

AUTHOR: Michelle Bradley - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, April 29, 2016

In October, 2013, REC was not even in the business of doing filings for new LPFM stations.  For the 2013 LPFM filing window, REC provided a "premium channel search" service where for a low price ($300-$500 price range), we would provide the documentation to be included in the FCC application however it was the responsibility of the applicant to file their own application and follow through.

While REC started to provide full FCC filing services starting in 2014 both on its own and in conjunction with another company that is no longer in business, we were not providing the services mentioned in the testimonial shown in the time period mentioned in the complaint.

In addition, REC has not provided any services to any station in Minnesota as evidenced by records at the FCC.

As you can also see from that same URL, I have been involved in hundreds of LPFM applications (applications listed as Bradley and my pre-married name Eyre) and I have received grants on 99% of my applications.  No applicant is ever guaranteed a grant however I make it a policy to not ask for money up front unless I am extremely confident that the request is grantable.

I invite the person filing this complaint to identify the application and station involved.  These applications are part of the public record and I will further investigate it.

But as I mentioned previously, in October, 2013, prior to and during the LPFM filing window, I was not offering the services described in the complaint and I have had no clients in Minnesota.  Therefore, this complaint is a hoax.
