Well...Seems like several people have had simmilar problems & the SAME poor customer service & sales pitches.  Bought our Flores tub in July of 2007 Also pushed into Baqua spa. For months tub smelled like wet cardboard, and sales people said to change least twice in that 6 moth period... thats 450 gals of water each time on my dime because they werent sure why it was that wayafter a year finally gave up & went to talk to sales person, original one long gone. And asked why they pushed Baqua spa? He said the Bromine one was just as good & equally purchased. Changed & that seemd to make smell better, if not chlorine smelling. Any way, that was not such a big deal...the cover started to sag after 6 months & after weeks of fighting, the cover company agreed to replace the coverr...BUT, I would have to pay shipping, which...conveniently was about the same cost as a NEW cover....I live in Georgia, the cover company is in Florida but shipping is over 300.00? Salesperson at Rec Warehouse said he could sell me a discounted one from the store for about nice. So we just lived with it.

Over the summer started noticing a shock when standing on concrete slab & touching water if you had a cut on your hand. Called Rec warehouse & their service company said they would come but it was an electrical issue & my fault. Called the electrician to come & they met at house to confer. The ground wired did have some corrosion but electrical guy said it was probably tub. Tub warranty company said no way, it was ground. So...I cleaned up ground & added 2 more...over kill & not necessary but just to completely rule out ground...did that. Still got a shock. Warranty company said they would come back out but if it wasnt the tub problem, we would pay full cost. I cant afford that so installed rubber matting around tub, no more shock...this is around July 2009

Yesterday I went out to check chemical levels & the tub is off, tried restting breaker & it will not, so something is wrong. It's after 8 so I know they are closed. Went looking though sales matrials & owners manual for warranty terms...conveniently they are not there...or on web site. Spoke with Salesperson & he informs me that warranty is pro rated & that I will now have to pay 85.00 service call & 50% of part cost...nice hmmm? I'm wondering if this is related to problem in the summer now.

My advice is to fuylly research business practices with this company before dealing with...they definetly act shady & when cornered give discounts on chemicals or filters but never own up or act in a ethical manner.
