Rec Warehouse employee miss conduct Ripoff Douglasville Georgia

In March of 2001 my family purchased a pool from Rec warehouse. When the installers came out thay ask for more money and were missing parts. On top of that they messed up my back yard and left mounds of dirt. This after we had someone to come out and make a level area. So we would not have to have them level anything (we did away with our dirt mound). After contacting the company the gave us store credit. Sincce thay presured us into the Bacqua pure system(its not worth the money I say).
So thats what we used the store credit for. After filling the pool the line did not sit correctly. So i called the installation people and they said it was not there problem that I should contact the store. I did and got no help from the person that sold us the pool nor from the company. Since it was not leaking or cousing damage (I thought) I did nothing further.

After a few years in 2005 we started to opene the pool and the pump would not work. We had a Rec store open closer to our home so I went to that store. I spoke with the managment only to find out I was not given the correct pump from the start. I should have had a 2hp but was given a 1.5 hp pump. The store corrected this problem. After replacing the pump I started filling the pool up to finish opening it. After a few days and a lot of supplies I saw that it was leaking. I went back to the Douglasvile store.I was told that the seals were most likly worn out. I purchased new seals. Came home and replaced them That is a job! However this did not stop the problem. I went in the pool and started checking the liner and found many many small hole in the liner and something hard and coming thru the liner in some places. I called the store and thay asked could you see it from the deck of the pool. You could not. I went and bought an underwater camrea and took them into the store. After showing them the photos thay had never seen the problem before. At this time we intered into an agreement that they would replace the liner, and there would be no charge. While in the office of the person whom would be doing the repair and replacement of the liner. I was TOUCHED inproperly!

I did not report it at the sore however I left right away.I filed a police report that day. The next morning work was to start since it was after hours when I made the report and the work was to take place in the AM I had no way to contact them not to come. So the am was here and I had family present when they showed up. They started to take the liner out of the pool, but said they would have to return. I told them thay would have to deal with my husband and left it at that.

When they returned a few days later my husband was home. They started working on taking the rest of the liner out when one of them came into the house to see paper work. at which time he touched me inapropratly. and were told to get off our property. The police were called and a case was made.

Since that time my pool thad nothing holding it up so I fell to the ground. I contacted the corp. office and sent certified mail. I got a letter in the mail saying that "due to Your actions and the chain of events that took placce, Our employees are prohibited from returning to your property."

"at the time we left your property there was nothing wrong wil the wall of your pool. Due to you negligence and delay, the wall may now need to be replaced. Negligence problems are not covered under warrent."
I suggest you find another company to do any installation or replacement you wish. There is no further warranty on this pool, and our relationship is concluded"
