rec warehouse I bought a spa in rec warehose in 2006 with 10 years warranty its been broken for 1 year miami, Florida

I bought a spa in 2006  the shell is all crack and leaking water,the jets are leaking water,rec warehose has been playing with me telling me they are trying to help me but they wont do anything.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              I pay $7399 for the spa the warranty is for 10 years, recwarehouse are would not do anything for me.the last thing they said is they will givce me 50% credit on a new spa and i said ok,i went by the store,they told me the shipest spa cost $5600, that means i would have to pay the difference which it will be $ 2,200 plus deliver ,i checked on line and the real price of that same spa is $2999.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  please help me.
